I just love a nice and small cross body purse for a music festival! It fits all the essential items you would need for the day: Chapstick, phone, wallet, and sun screen.

No one wants wrinkles and that is why bringing sunglasses is also an essential for a music festival! I love the "hippie chic" look for music festivals, thats why I love the rounded or heart frames. But, as you can see I also love the traditional Ray Bans in either the aviators or wayfarers!

Shoes are also a big staple for music festivals because your going to be walking around a lot and not to mention it will be hot. So this is why wearing heels (yes, even wedges) would be a very bad idea. So this is why flat sandals are a easy and cute go to shoe but you can also go a little out of the box and wear the combat boot or converse sneakers!

Flower halos are all over the magazines now-a-days. They are a great piece to add to your wardrobe! They are especially great for music festivals! Vanessa Hudgens, Paris Hilton, Katy Perry, Kylie Jenner, and many more A list celebrities are following this amazing trend. The plus to these halos is that they are being worn on the red carpet and to run errands!

So, what are your essentials for a summer music festival? Do you guys like the flower halos or are they too "hippie?"Also, have any of you visited my Etsy site? If so, what did you guys think?
I have some really exciting news for my headbands! I was able to get ahold of my idol(who happens to be a celebrity, singer, and soon to be reality tv star) to be able to ship some of my headbands out to her in the next week or so! I am crossing my fingers she loves them as much as I do!!

What to Wear...Running Errands

Hey dolls,

What girl doesn't love going shopping or running errands! For me I need to be comfortable, not have too many layers, and I especially need to be wearing flats when I run errands! These 2 outfits fit this criteria exactly.

I actually just bought Steve Madden boat shoes and Old Navy black loafers and lets just say I am in love. These two shoes are amazingly comfortable and really add something extra to your look, even if you are just running errands.

What to Wear...at the airport

Hey everyone!

 

I am doing a What to Wear today because I am actually out of town going to the doctors so I really don't want to be doing this while I am here, so this is one I already had finished. Since many of you might be leaving to go on vacation for Spring Break and we all have that question, what should I wear to the airport? Should you wear sweats or something cute? I think a mixture of comfortable and cute is the way to go, if it is cold wear leggings and if it is warm wear jean shorts. I am doing this What to Wear if your somewhere cold going to somewhere warm.

 

*Remember to always have luggage that is bright or very noticeable!

*Always bring sunglasses(if you look tired put those on or if it is bright on the plane put them on so you can sleep).

Casual Business Wear

Since tomorrow is Friday I think today's blog can help any girl who is stuck on what to wear for casual business wear! There is a fine line between too casual and too professional. You want to pick something that is okay for your company/work: what has other people worn, what has your boss worn, or can you wear jeans?

Take some examples from the lovely Pippa Middleton. Dresses are very easy to dress professional or casual, just make sure it isn't too short and if it is wear tights.

 

Here is Pippa wearing black jeans, which in my book is a perfect jean color for this attire because they look much more dressier. But as you can see see pairs a casual blazer to make it a professional business wear.

Here are some amazing looks from Zooey Deschanel from her amazing show "New Girl." Again, I want to stress that if your skirt or dress is too short, please wear tights! Also, if your wearing a shorter skirt or dress make sure to wear flats!

Celebrity Look Alike

For Today's Celebrity Look Alike I am featuring the amazingly stylish Kourtney Kardashian and Lauren Conrad.

Kourtney Kardashian is wearing a amazing outfit! I love the high wasted safari shorts and the amazing sky high platform heels! This look can easily be turned into a very causal look by throwing on flats instead of heels.

Oh and I tried to find a look alike tie-dye shirt but couldn't so I opted for a blue shirt but this outfits would also look good with a burgundy or white shirt too!

Lauren is wearing a more of a "date or girls night out" look. I love pairing a blazer with outfits because it really dresses up an outfit. Oh and lets not forget to mention those amazing shoes, who wouldn't love to rock this look for a night on the town.

Spring Trends....peplum dresses

During New York Fashion Week many designers like Rodarte, Thakoon, and Cusine et Ochs showcased the lovely Peplum Dresses. 

I am absolutely loving the Peplum Dress because they really showcase your hourglass shape and even if you don't have one this dress will give the illusion of having that shape.

What to Wear...meeting his parents

I don't know if I am crazy but one of the hardest thing for me to do when I start dating someone new is meetings his parents. I want them to love me and I know that if I don't wear an appropriate outfit, it probably won't turn out good (no parent wants to meet you in your sweats or your clubbing wear). I think if you keep your outfit very classic (pearls), romantic (dress or skirt), and a little chic (do this with shoes or a purse) it can really go far when meeting his parents.

Now I will be the first to admit that I did not wear a dress or skirt the first time I met a boyfriend's parents however I did wear appropriate outfits like; polo and shorts or leggings and a sweater. The only reason that happened was because I was younger and they all lived with their parents. Luckily, guys my age are now living on their own, so their parents wont meet you until your boyfriend wants them to. I think now since I am 22 I will definitely wear a dress or skirt the next time I have to meet a boyfriends parents.

Celebrity Look Alike

For today’s Celebrity Look Alike I have the very stylish Rachel Bilson and Kourtney Kardashian. As you all can tell I really love Kourtney Kardashian's (she is probably one of my fashion icons) style so I will definitely be featuring her in a lot of my Celebrity Look Alike's.

This particular outfit that Kourtney Kardashian is wearing is very casual and well put together. I love the jean shorts and blazer combo because it takes the normal jean shorts look up a notch. Once you add killer round sunglasses, a tiger stripe shirt, gold watch (I recommend Michael Kors), tote bag, and strappy black sandals you will be ready to start your day off right because of this put together outfit.

The next Celebrity Look Alike is one of my other fashion icons because she really knows how to put an outfit together and make it look effortless. Celebrity Look Alike

Today’s Celebrity Look Alike is featuring two women who really know how to put an outfit together. The first celeb is Kourtney Kardashian who is wearing a beautiful standout skirt. Unfortunately I could not find a similar skirt with the black on it but I think this skirt is close. Pair with a simple black tank top, strappy black heels, black tote bag, and amazing cat eye sunglasses to complete the look.

The next celeb is Camilla Belle in this amazing Gucci outfit. I have been obsessed with this look since I first saw her in it and even though it is a more daring look because of the color blocking, you can look so chic because of the beautiful colors in it. I tried getting everything to look exactly like her outfit; green pants, purple shirt, orange blazer, and even the strappy green shoes (which happens to be my favorite piece of the outfit). Adding orange earrings, gold belt, and gold clutch and you too can feel like you’re walking the red carpet!

Everyone loves a good dose of Olivia Palermo because of her effortless style she wears walking the streets of New York and her trendy and chic outfits she wears on the red carpets. This certain look is her showcasing her effortless style while walking around the magnificent New York City. The cool color of the olive green jeans, the ballet flats, and her plain black sweater is a look any girl can wear. Pairing with a big tote bag, simple earrings, gold bangles, and beautiful movie star sunglasses will make you feel like you can take on the world, one store at a time.

What to Wear...Shopping

Shopping is probably what all us girls live for; well at least most of us girls live for it. So for today’s blog, we were inspired to make two different “shopping” on the ever loving leggings. The first look is very laid back and casual because of the flat riding boots and the long sweater.  But adding a tote bag, cool aviator sunglasses, and black studs will make you look effortlessly chic!

The next look is a little bit more chic and glamorous because of the nude pumps and the tight striped shirt with the leggings.  Adding the classic Michael Kors tote bag, the lucky horseshoe necklace and the simple black watch can make any girl feel like she is walking the streets of Rodeo Drive.

Celebrity Look Alike

The first Celebrity Look Alike I picked was the very talented country singer Jessie James. This new country/pop singer is not really well known but I absolutely love her music along with style. I watched her music video called, “I Look So Good (Without You)” and fell in love with her outfit. Since nautical wear is very much a trend right now, this outfit is a perfect fit for that. I love the pop of gold jewelry that is in her outfit and her edgy shoes. Pair this outfit with nude lips, pink blush, bronzer, and wavy hair. The next outfit was inspired by the beautiful Kat Graham who we all know is on the very popular show “Vampire Diaries.” This look is very laid back yet chic because of the LBD she is wearing. The little pop of color of pink in her bracelet is a nice way to add color. The best part of this whole outfit is the trendy jean jacket, which had come back into style at full force! Pair this outfit with pink blush and light pink lipstick and you too can look like Kat Graham!
