What to Wear...meeting his parents

What to Wear...Meeting his Parents

I don't know if I am crazy but one of the hardest thing for me to do when I start dating someone new is meetings his parents. I want them to love me and I know that if I don't wear an appropriate outfit, it probably won't turn out good (no parent wants to meet you in your sweats or your clubbing wear). I think if you keep your outfit very classic (pearls), romantic (dress or skirt), and a little chic (do this with shoes or a purse) it can really go far when meeting his parents.
Now I will be the first to admit that I did not wear a dress or skirt the first time I met a boyfriend's parents however I did wear appropriate outfits like; polo and shorts or leggings and a sweater. The only reason that happened was because I was younger and they all lived with their parents. Luckily, guys my age are now living on their own, so their parents wont meet you until your boyfriend wants them to. I think now since I am 22 I will definitely wear a dress or skirt the next time I have to meet a boyfriends parents.
What outfits have you guys worn when meeting his parents for the first time? Let me know what other outfits you guys would pick for this blog too.

What to Wear...dressy first date

What to Wear...first date

We all know what the first date is like; will he like me, what if there are awkward pauses, what if I have food in my teeth, and most importantly WHAT THE HELL SHOULD I WEAR? If you are like me, the last one is the one we worry about the most because first impressions mean a lot on a first date, mostly if you two haven’t met yet. This blog is giving you 2 great DRESSY first date options that you could wear on your first date...or really any fancy date.

Now I have something very important to say about how people dress. I am definitely a girl that likes to leave a little imagination for a guy. So with that, if I wear a shorter skirt, I will wear something to cover up my chest and maybe some of my arm. If I show cleavage I’ll cover my legs up (if I want to wear a skirt, I will wear tights) with pants/jeans. No one wants to look like a castmate from Jersey Shore.
Would you wear this on a date?

Must Have Shoes

Must Have Shoes

One word comes to mind when I think of the words; sexy, comfortable, confident, durable, and doesn’t get tight when I gain weight. Can you guess what word I’m thinking of? SHOES! I love shoes so much and I really think there are 8 Must Have Shoes that every girl should have in their closet. Personally I am still needing to get me a good pair of nude pumps and heel boots, so let me know if you guys know of a good pair of those.
Now I would definitely keep something in mind when purchasing some of these items because I have come to the conclusion that if you can afford to spend more money on these staple and classic shoes (that will never go out of style) I definitely would invest in them.
So take a look at what my 8 Must Have Shoes are and see if you agree. Let me know if any of you think I should have added another one type of shoe or if you don’t agree with a type of shoe.
