What To Wear..... Christening/Baptism

Hey guys,

Christenings, baptisms, or whatever you want to call them are a stressful time not only because you have to sit through (most likely) a bunch of babies being dunked in a bowl of water, prayers, etc. you might think that your outfit might be easy to pick out. Now this post is going to be in 2 parts: guests and godmothers! Now some of you may or may not know that my brother just had another baby and named me to be his godmother!! I am beyond stressed because I have NO idea what to wear! Luckily, I have done some research and have found some amazing dressed for both the godmother or the guests.

Now there are a few rules when attending a christening....

What not to wear....

No jeans

No flip flops

No uggs

No club wear

Try not to wear black, this isn't a funeral ;)

What to wear....

Pants suit

Dresses

Skirts

Heels

Ballet shoes

Sandals

Spring/summer colors....

Pastel 

Bright 

Neutral(try and stay away from dark colors during this season)

Fall/winter colors.....

Neutral

Jewel tone

Hair Haul

Hey guys,

So, I don't know about you guys but I love watching all the makeup gurus on YouTube. I get a lot of tips, tricks, and recommendations. The biggest recommendation I got was not only from YouTube videos but also tv, its called Nume and they are all about hair! When I was watching CarliBybel I noticed a coupon code/special offer for their classic wands, this specific one was buy 2 classic wands for $99!!! What an amazing deal because originally it would have cost over $350!!!! 

Now I know I have preached in the past about my hot tools curing iron and while that curling iron is great, I really wanted a smaller barrel and not spend a fortune. 

 

So, I purchased the 19mm classic curling wand in pink and I got the pearl curling wand. I am so excited to show you guys what these wands do to my hair!! When I get them I will post a review on the product and show pictures of what both of them do!!

What To Wear...Bachelorette Party...Bride

Hey guys,

I don't know if its just me but summer has always been a time for weddings. So what happens when wedding season starts? Bachelorette Parties start!! Here is the bride edition because, well, lets face it, the bachelorette party is for them! 

I think the bride should wear something white for her party, while adding pops of color in her shoes, purse, jewlery, or makeup!
