What to Wear....to Arizona

Hey ladies,
So today I am putting together a "What to Wear" to a specific place, Arizona. I have actually never been to Arizona but would love to go one day. When I think of Arizona I think of; hot, humid, dry weather, and sand storms! Also, I think of very tribal and Indian wear, don't ask me why haha!

Have any of you ever been to Arizona? If so, did you like it and how would you describe your trip?

  1. I just got back from 3 weeks in Arizona. Arizona has a reputation for being hot but many parts are not. Study the climate where you are going before you leave and learn about customs where you will be going. You do not talk to the native people, they do not talk to us.
I stayed in areas that are never over 70's in the summer. I dressed casual with jeans, light sweater, tank, comfortable shoes. You do not need "outfits" or jewelry in Arizona.Leave the tribal look at home, the natives would not like it. They would consider it a insult. You do not need to feel that you have to fit in. Everybody fits in better if they look casual and comfortable in Arizona. I found it so amazing and beauitful that I am moving there in May. Its a lot to see in a trip, you will be on the go with a lot of walking and photography. You need a ton of moisturizer, hats and a high SPF. Drink lots of water and be prepared to be on the go to see everything. I used up a pair of walking Avia's and 3 containers of Lip Balm! Have fun its the most amazing place to visit. Remeber its a dry climate so your skin changes and will feel very dry.
