I am doing my Makeup Monday featuring my favorite eyeliner. I have the Chanel Le Crayon Khol intense eyeliner in black. Here is a description from the Chanel website about the eyeliner: Perfect for a smoky eye, this soft pencil quickly achieves a dramatic look. A special blend of color and pearl pigments provides a rich, intense line with a semi-matte finish. A sharpener comes with the pencil too! I do believe this is the best eyeliner even though it is $28. I have had this eyeliner for 4 years and still have a lot to go because sometimes I use my second favorite eyeliner which is my B.H Cosmetics eye shadows in black.
