With Memorial Day right around the corner, I decided this patriotic post is definitely needed!! I think if your are going to go with a "flag" outfit, you should only have one piece to represent that. My favorite shirt is the peace sign with the high waisted shorts! I think this outfit would go great with my American flag headband(the Sicily headband)!!

What to Wear...music festivals

I hope you all had a wonderful Easter or for those who do not celebrate Easter, I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! I am featuring a special post today about Music Festivals. I know that in the next couple months we are all going to be hitting up all the amazing music festivals: CMA Music Festival 2012 - Nashville, TN, Coachella Music Festival 2012 - Indio, CA, iHeartRadio 2012 - Las Vegas, NV, Lollapalooza- Chicago, IL, Country Thunder- Florence, WI. There are really just too many to name!! I hope I can help with all your questions about what to wear but just keep in mind: it might be muddy so you might want to opt for closed shoes, a small cross body purse(so your not handling a purse on your shoulder), a sheer, light shirt so you don't over heat, or you can opt for a dress or romper. Also, remember to drink plenty of water, wear lots of sunscreen, and most importantly HAVE FUN!

Celebrity Look Alike

Hey guys,
I am in love with the show Gossip Girl and Blair's and Serena's style! I wish I had their wardrobe I would probably die of happiness. Since I am now a working girl (I am a substitute till I go to graduate school to be a Psychologist) so I have to dress in professional wear a lot, which I absolutely LOVE! So these 2 Celebrity Look Alike's are revolved around professional wear more.

So I was looking online and came across Leighton Messter or better known as Blair Waldorf in this very professional look. I just love the pop of red in the headband, shoes, and bag. Do you guys like the whole headband look Leighton Meester "Blair Waldorf" wears on Gossip Girl? I love it but I wouldn't wear it everyday like she did.

I am completely obsessed with this outfit worn by Olivia Palermo. I think she looks so fabulous, chic, professional, and gorgeous! I cannot get enough of this outfit, I have always loved the whole "men's look" on a women. The touch of the pin on the tie, the skinny pants, and the leopard pumps make it less manly and more womanly, I don't know what girl wouldn't love to wear this!
